So let’s talk about this hotel. I booked Deluxe Room @ 2500/- for 2 adults and 1 child (9 years) with Breakfast Positive : Rooms are good and big. Modern amenities. Ordered food which was good , Paneer and Roti. Staff was fine but not professionals, day time still better as compare to night. Its near to Govind Ghat – 200 meters and its good for bath- Neat and clean with less population and free parking facility All brands Nearby like Pizza hut , CCD , Dominos , Retail Brand, Medical shop. Har ki pauri is 3KM from this hotel – You can take e-rickshaw or auto Negative : As per them its 3 star but you won’t get 3 star type feel. No Toiletries facilities like soap, shampoo etc. Hotel has only 2 floors – 3rd and 4th. Parking in Basement with ample space but no security Guard. Rates they have mentioned in Hotel is 4600 for deluxe . 5500 for Super Deluxe and 7000 suite . But I did direct booking so I negotiated and finalised on @2500/- with Breakfast Breakfast includes only 3 items – Poha , tandoor aloo paratha with Curd/Pickles, Small sandwiches and Tea. No fruits , No milk for Kids , no eggs , no toast , nothing extra. 3star Hotel with 3 food items. One more issue due to technical fault. Water leakage from Indoor AC due to this all the stuff I keep below the AC was wet which includes Laptop , power bank , cloths , food items , bag , Wallets, Car keys etc . nothing happened to my laptop , keys , money , power bank but no one said apology because no professional staff.

We Stayed here for 1 night and all was good. Service was also good. Dinner and breakfast was inclusive of our package and both time food was good and warm and was also served on our tables on request as it was a buffet. Very good and prompt service. Only we did not get hot water in our room as geyser was not working. Rest all was fine. Highly recommend this hotel for stay in haridwar.

A good hotel to stay. Rooms are clean with proper amenities.Bed and pillows, matteress are clean and good quality. Bathrooms are clean.Staff behavior is good . centrally located with basement parking . its a small cozy clean room with free room heater.

Should never plan your stay in this hotel. Worst hotel. Not worried about guest security. Just bothered about their hotel profit. Avoid your stay in this hotel. You might regret latter. I have waisted my money by planing the stay at this hotel.
